Your new roleYou will work as a dedicated Alterations Team Surveyor - if you thrive on problem-solving, enjoy working on a variety of projects, and have a keen eye for detail, then this could be an excellent next role for you. In this role, you will provide expertise for alterations, adaptations, and property permissions across housing stock, designing and delivering bespoke adaptation projects, ensuring that they are completed to the highest possible standard. What you'll need to succeedIn order to succeed in this role, you will need to possess a relevant degree, or a HND / HNC level qualification in building surveying or a similar subject. Strong problem-solving skills in this role will be essential, as well as the ability to work on a variety of projects at any one time. What you'll get in returnin return, you will receive a starting salary of up to £49,000, but, salary is only a small part of the wider package on offer.
