We are currently recruiting for an Administration professional ready to provide essential administrative support to the wider team. This role is crucial for ensuring effective communication and operational efficiency across various departments. Ideal candidates will have strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Serve as the day-to-day office contact for the team, providing ad hoc administrative support and taking ownership of tasks through to resolution.
  • Organise and coordinate Manager events, webinars, and recruitment, including managing attendees, catering, equipment, and resources.
  • Update and maintain Manager guidelines, manuals, and documents on the internal System.
  • Support with the allocation of Meet and Greets at departure locations and assist with the production of reports.
  • Book and amend Manager accommodation as required, liaising with suppliers and internal departments.
  • Provide support to other areas of the Operations Team as required with a cross-functional and flexible approach to work activities.
  • Order supplies for Managers and maintain their profile details for customer documentation.
  • Provide administrative support for Manager Visa applications and process feedback, ensuring it is cascaded to relevant departments.
  • Handle any other duties that reasonably fall within the remit of the role.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven administration experience.
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Able to manage multiple conflicting priorities.
  • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset.
  • Flexible and adaptable to change.
  • Confident self-starter who is able to work in a fast-moving environment.
  • Comfortable liaising with strong personalities.
  • A professional and clear telephone manner.
