Personal Assistant (PA) – York (Hybrid Working)

We are currently recruiting for a Personal Assistant (PA) to join a thriving company based in York. This is a varied role where you’ll not only support the MD but also play a key part in marketing and sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to all staff within the business including the MD
  • Assist in coordinating and executing marketing campaigns
  • Support sales activities, including client communication and CRM management
  • Organise meetings, manage schedules, and handle correspondence
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous experience as a PA or in a similar support / project role
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Proactive, with a keen eye for detail
  • Experience or interest in marketing and sales is a plus
  • Must be located in or close to York
