We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Rota Administrator to join a friendly team in York. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the operational rotas are filled across multiple services. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in rota coordination and a passion for working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for rota queries and communication
  • Coordinate new starter inductions and maintain effective relationships with all staff
  • Work proactively to ensure the rotas are filled across all services
  • Identify workforce gaps and act on planned and unplanned absence to ensure service delivery is maintained
  • Contribute to the maintenance of staff compliance records and ensure accurate and up to date records of annual leave and absence are recorded
  • Provide rota reporting on request and work as part of a team within the rota function and Operational Services Team
Qualifications
  • Experience in rota coordination for a minimum of 1 year
  • Knowledge and experience in rotas and compliance
  • Excellent communication skills and IT skills including outlook, word, and excel
