Are you passionate about Paid Media with hands-on skills in executing successful PPC and Paid Social campaigns?

We are thrilled to be working with a growing, well-established supplier of building equipment, who have an international remit and a reputation for delivering high quality and well-engineered products. As part of their expansion, they are currently seeking a Paid Advertising Specialist to join their team in East Yorkshire to deliver and optimise large-scale, in-house paid media campaigns as well as analyse and report on their SEO.

With pay per click advertising being one of their crucial revenue generation sources, The Paid Advertising Specialist will be taking ownership of the entire function including PPC, Paid Social and SEO reporting, with the freedom to bring their expertise and creativity to the table. Working with a substantial budget, their role will be to develop and implement targeted strategies across Google and Meta and to oversee and optimise shopping feeds in Google Merchant Centre. The role includes but is not limited to:

  • Developing and implementing effective PPC strategies and Paid Social Advertising to maximise return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Ensuring that the Google Ads and Meta accounts are set up correctly and using best practice.
  • Continuously monitor and adjust campaigns to improve performance and ROI.
  • Create comprehensive and insightful reports demonstrating account health and return on investment (ROI) for presentation to the Marketing Manager and Directors.
  • Monitor and analyse SEO and PPC performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.

The successful candidate will be an experienced PPC Specialist, PPC Manager, Paid Advertising, Paid Search or Paid Media specialist, with proven experience of creating and managing large-scale PPC campaigns. This will include managing substantial budgets across Google Ads and Meta platforms as well as hands-on execution of PPC and Paid Social campaigns. This role could suit a PPC Executive from an agency, looking to step into more of a strategic and focussed role that would hold greater levels of accountability and more opportunities to hone their skills in-house.

This is a rewarding and unique opportunity for a seasoned PPC strategist to build an in house PPC function from the ground up. Due to the location of the office, a driving license and car is essential for commuting on a hybrid basis (3 days per week in the office).
