Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with company credit control procedure, to help with the day to day administration, including the supply of copy invoices and statements, review customer credit files.
- Progress payments becoming due and chasing overdue accounts by email, letter (pre-drafted) or telephone
- Dealing with customer queries and correspondence.
- Liaise with the local Store Manager or Account Manager to address customer queries and aged debts.
- To assist in the preparation of management accounts and reports - to ensure that the management have all relevant and reliable information on a timely basis.
- Working as part of a team to ensure departmental objectives are achieved and procedures improved.
- Other tasks are reasonably directed by the Accountant, including covering for other finance department staff in their absence.

Job Offer
Salary up to £23500 per annum + 20 days holiday (plus banks) + annual bonus + free on site parking.
