We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Customer Service Manager to join an aftersales Department in York. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting a valued customer base and ensuring smooth aftersales operations. Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers in your region
- Provide technical advice and support on all products
- Book service and repair appointments, manage engineer scheduling via our service calendar and app software
- Manage customer projects from start to finish - including writing project specs
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and field engineers
Qualifications
- Proven customer care experience ideally within an manufacturing or engineering industry
- Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
- Organised, able to manage projects and calendar schedules effectively
