We are seeking a confident, conscientious, and enthusiastic person to join our client as a Facilities Administratorongoing. This role will be based in our client office in York area - YO32 postcode.

The Facilities Administrator role is primary responsible to carry out booking of service visits for all supply chains service contractors at all engineering locations, creating health and safety work packs and submitting to the clients for approval, planning repeat visits and ensuring service documentation is received, recorded, issued, and actioned upon.

The working hours are Monday to Friday - 5 days a week from 08:00 to 15:30, administrator experience is required, the pay rate is £14.00 per hour.

Role description:

  • Plan visits to engineering locations based on the annual planner.
  • Create health & safety packs and issue to clients.
  • Receive reports following visits, action any remedial works.
  • Issue completed reports to clients.
  • File completed report within web-based portal.
  • Provide updated progress tracker each day.
  • Maintain regular communication with all clients and service partners.
  • Carry out additional administration duties as required.

You will need to have a good working knowledge of Excel, an excellent telephone manner and be capable of building and maintaining relationships and delivering high level customer service to clients and workers over the telephone and face to face.If you have the experience listed above and are interested in joining our client, please apply now without delay.
