Our client is a market leader in the building services market in the UK, and is urgently seeking a Construction Sales Executive to be based from their offices in North Yorkshire. With projects spanning major housebuilders, commercial, and property architects, this household name in engineering consultancy boasts an impressive portfolio clients across the UK and abroad.

You need to have; excellent commercial awareness of the building compliance industry, a proven track record in sales in the construction material sector.

Duties-

  • Cold calling - lead generation
  • Giving technical guidance to consultants, technicians, and engineers.
  • Liaise between clients and the technical team.
  • Identify new business opportunities with prospective clients.
  • Work closely with engineers.
  • Maintaining awareness of the market and new products.

Our client provides solutions to a wide range of industries including; architectural, building services, industrial, and environmental noise control. You will be responsible for starting and developing relationships whilst aiding companies with their project requirements from start up to completion.

You need to have excellent communication skills, have full working knowledge of the sales cycle and have the ability to influence and negotiate with key decision-makers.
