Our client is seeking a talented Commercial Director to lead sales efforts and optimise processes for success. As a leading provider of vacant property and people protection, security and management services including lone worker protection, for over 40 years our client has been providing property, site and personal protection services to their clients and has grown to become a truly national business employing more than 600 people across 25 offices in the UK. Reporting directly to the Group Sales and Marketing Director, the Commercial Director will play a crucial role in driving sales growth across the organisation. Responsibilities include overseeing and optimising sales processes using data-driven insights and analytics, leading three divisions to achieve sales and profit targets, and developing an efficient sales strategy focused on people, processes, and systems.Key responsibilities include:

  • Analysing key markets to identify growth opportunities and drive revenue expansion.
  • Examining existing processes, statistics, and data to improve sales performance.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of strategic leadership in sales, with strong analytical skills and a focus on driving results. You are ideally degree qualified in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
