  • Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours flexitime

We’re looking for a project manager to join our Client who can plan and deliver projects from brief through to completion.

You will work with stakeholders to define the project scope, accurately estimate project budgets and timelines, plan resources and delegate tasks. Continually manage scope throughout the life of projects, identify risks and coordinate the project team.  You will be responsible for all communication and time management to make sure projects are delivered on time and within budget. 

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Support on the planning and implementation of projects within the team
  • Discuss briefs with clients and build strong relationships
  • Develop briefs for design and content teams
  • Plan and manage project timelines and status reports
  • Regularly communicate the correct information to all members of the team
  • Set agendas, complete contact reports and delegate tasks and actions
  • Manage quality assurance
  • Continuously assess projects to identify and flag risks to team members
  • Manage project and client administration, including all documentation and client contact updates
  • Manage financial processes such as estimating, reconciliations and billing
  • Report regularly to pod lead and head of project delivery
  • Maintain and strengthen client relationships
  • Track project progress, both financially and practically
  • Evaluate projects and measure results
  • Arrange and conduct project retrospectives
  • Create and support on project case studies and/or award submissions
  • Take part in brainstorms and add ideas and inspiration to your own and others project work

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years’ experience as a Project Manager.
  • Proven ability to manage time, budgets, and deliver projects with excellence.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Experience with Gantt charts and timeline management in Excel.
  • Familiarity with Trello or similar PM platforms and experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Interest in creative communication, culture, and people engagement.
