Description
As a Contact Centre Sales Advisor you will be first point of contact for customers who would like more information regarding the services the business offers.
You will be having consultative conversations with potential customers building excellent relationships dealing with the sales process from start to finish.
The role will be handling a range of sales enquiries along the way ensuring the best level of customer service whilst maximising business opportunity.
Profile
Ideally some customer service/sales experience this could be from a range of backgrounds such as retail or hospitality
Confident telephone manner
The ability to build excellent relationships
Passionate about helping and supporting customers
Excellent communication skills
A good team player
