CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE

We are recruiting a Customer Service Executive to join the Customer Support team at a market leading business in York city centre. With over half a century of industry excellence, a bespoke experience is at the heart of everything this growing company does. They process bookings for over 50,000 customers each year with their tailor made packages with many repeat customers year on year!

Your role will provide a key line of communication with the customer to provide a quality service in line with the luxury experiences this company offers.

WHAT YOU WILL WANT TO KNOW...

Salary: Up to £24,380

Full-time - Mon-Fri 9-5.30 you will be required to work 1 in every 4 weekends with a day off in lieu for either day. (Sat 9-5 and/ or Sun 10-4)

Initially offered on a 12 months FTC with every chance this could go permanent

Great location - Central Office with main bus stop routes outside their front door

A SNAPSHOT OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE'S DAY...

  • You will be the first point of contact for customers when they require support.
  • The role will involve both inbound and outbound calls to existing customers updating them, and responding to email enquiries.
  • Responsible for issuing booking confirmations, processing web bookings and resolving queries, along with supporting the administration team.
  • Booking UK rail and hotel requirements to enhance the customer’s experience.
  • You will also be expected to arrange visas and carry out mobility checks to ensure customers’ mobility expectations are met.
