Description

As a Customer Experience Advisor you will be working in a Contact Centre Based Environment and will be first point of call for members answering a range of enquiries and guiding through the claims process.

The role will be mainly telephone based and will be also corresponding with customers over email and when required other platforms.

You will need a high level of empathy extremely supportive and caring alongside passionate about the customer experience.

Profile

Ideally customer service experience this could be from a range of backgrounds such as retail, hospitality and health care

Exceptional customer service and passionate about improving the experience

The ability to prioritise high volumes of workload and work in a busy environment

Caring, supportive and have a high level of empathy and understanding
