Customer Service Advisor - Permanent

We are looking for aCustomer Service Advisorto work for an award winning companyin York on a full time, permanentbasis within this friendly and dynamic team.

  • Issuing booking confirmations to the customer ensuring all details contained are correct & building relationships with customers.
  • Contacting customers and responding to email enquiries to ensure customers have all the information they require.
  • Supporting the administration of cancellations, discussing other available options with the customers in order to retain their custom where possible.
  • Liaising with external suppliers on behalf of customers as well as resolving overdue payments
  • Contacting customer to follow-up and resolve over-due payments of balances or deposits
  • Preparing & dispatching customer documentation

The perfectCustomer Service Advisorfor this role will have a really pleasant and empathetic manner with good listening & communication skills.

You should be able to talk to customers and understand their needs, be patient, tolerant and have a genuine and kind manner.

Job type: Permanent, full time, 9-5.30pm Monday to Friday with 1 in every 4 weekends with two days off in the week

Salary:24.3K
