CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE

Your role will provide a key line of communication to customers delivering an excellent service and working in a friendly team.

WHAT YOU WILL WANT TO KNOW...

Salary: Up to £24,380

Full-time - Mon-Fri 9-5.30 you will be required to work 1 in every 4 weekends with a day off in lieu for either day. (Sat 9-5 and/ or Sun 10-4)

Initially offered on a 12 months FTC with every chance this could go permanent

A SNAPSHOT OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE'S DAY...

  • You will be the first point of contact for customers when they require support.
  • The role will involve both inbound and outbound calls to existing customers updating them, and responding to email enquiries.
  • Responsible for issuing booking confirmations, processing web bookings and resolving queries, along with supporting the administration team.
  • You will also be expected to arrange various documents
  • General admin support.
