Customer Service Advisor - Fixed Term Contract

Overview

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for Customer Service Advisors to join a fantastic team in York city centre. This is a great opportunity for immediately available candidates looking for an fixed term contract running until October. This role has a high chance of going permanent for the right candidate.

Details:

  • Salary: £24,380
  • Contract: Fixed-term, 1st March - October (high chance of perm)
  • Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm
  • One full weekend per month (with a day off in lieu)

Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for customers requiring support
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to existing customers and respond to email enquiries
  • Issue booking confirmations and process web bookings
  • Resolve queries and support the administration of holiday cancellations
  • Discuss alternative travel options with customers
  • Book travel requirements to enhance customer experience
  • Arrange visas and carry out mobility checks

Qualifications:

  • Proven customer service experience
  • Strong passion for delivering an excellent customer experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships quickly
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Interest in travel
  • Good time management and prioritisation skills
