Description

As a Customer Service Advisor you will be dealing with incoming calls from customers handling a range of enquiries and ensuring excellent product knowledge.

You will be dealing with sales calls recommending the best products for them building excellent relationships.

The role will also involve providing technical support troubleshooting problems and coming to a resolution for the customer.

Profile

Previous customer service experience ideally dealing with builders merchants or a similar sector

Exceptional customer service skills

Able to build and maintain excellent relationships

A good problem solver

Good attention to detail and organisation skills
