Description

As a Customer Service Advisor you will be dealing with incoming calls coming into the business handling a variety of queries from existing customers providing support and guidance ensuring each call is dealt with the providing the highest level of care and service.

The role will be mainly telephone based and you will also be corresponding with customers over email and other platforms when required.

Profile

Ideally some office based experience however the business can be open to candidates from a background of care, hospitality and retail!
