What Will You Be Doing?As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing friendly and professional advice to customers on a wide range of musical instruments and equipment. You will handle inbound calls and emails from customers in Norwegian, Danish, Swedish, or Dutch, resolving challenging enquiries and escalating issues when necessary. Additionally, you will become a valued member of our specialist Customer Service team, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and supporting our multilingual support initiatives for overseas customers.

Customer Service Representative Requirements:

  • Fluency in one of the following languages: Norwegian, Danish, Swedish, or Dutch
  • Excellent communication skills in both the chosen language and English
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
