CUSTOMER SUPPORT ADVISOR

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Support Advisor to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Support Advisor, you will play a central role in providing outstanding support and assistance to our valued customers. This is an excellent opportunity to use your strong communication and problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction and strengthen our company's reputation.

WHAT YOU WANT TO KNOW...

SOME OF THE DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES...

  • Responding to customer enquiries and providing suitable solutions in a timely and professional manner
  • Troubleshooting for all products including cloud based software, IOS and Android
  • Managing and resolving customer complaints with patience and empathy
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless customer interactions
  • Data inputting and CRM upkeep
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and communicating suggestions to the relevant departments

THE KEY SKILLS WE ARE LOOKING FOR...

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
  • Background in ticket based help-line or helpdesk environments
  • Experience in cloud based software, apps, general all round knowledge of platforms
