We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Data Entry Clerk to join our team on an initial temporary contract for 4 weeks.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing data within our systems, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and easily accessible. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and proficiency in various computer applications. This is a time sensitive position that will see you travel to our offices twice a week (own transport is essential)

Duties

  • Accurately enter and update data into computerised databases and systems.
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and maintaining records.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including managing correspondence and scheduling appointments.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to data protection regulations.
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients or team members.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless data flow and accuracy.
  • Conduct regular audits of data to identify discrepancies and rectify them promptly.

Qualifications

  • A recent Graduate in a data related field or previous data experience is prefered
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in using computer applications.
  • Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional phone manner.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in an office environment.
