A North Yorkshire-based technology company are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join its growing team!
This is a key role within the marketing department, reporting directly to the Marketing Director. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a digital strategy that increases website traffic, improves online visibility, and enhances lead generation. This is a hands-on role where you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on the company's growth.
About You:- Experience in B2B services digital marketing with a strong focus on lead generation.
- Confident in developing and delivery of digital marketing strategy.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, digital analytics tools and b2b paid search.
- Experience with marketing automation and funnel management.
- A proactive and creative thinker, ready to bring new ideas to the team.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy to support B2B business growth.
- Manage relationships with external website management and digital agencies, and create strong strategic briefs directing them.
- Analyse digital marketing campaigns and provide insights to improve performance.
- Lead SEO and SEM initiatives to increase online visibility and generate leads.
- Analysing data, reporting on performance, and making strategic digital marketing recommendations.
- Managing websites and optimising to improve user experience and conversions.
Where You'll Be Based:
With a hybrid working policy you can be based in multiple sites across North Yorkshire, which are easily commutable from the surrounding area. You will need to based locally as to attend the offices regularly each week.
