They offer a wide range of gourmet snacks from three renowned brands.Job OverviewThey are seeking a number of people to join their team in a fast-paced food production environment. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that their production processes run smoothly and efficiently while adhering to all food safety standards. This position requires a good understanding of food safety practices.Duties• Operate production machinery and equipment in accordance with established procedures.• Ensure that all products meet the quality standards.• Follow all company policies regarding health and safety practices within the workplace.• Packing of products in a fast paced environment.Requirements• Previous experience in food production or a similar role is preferred but not essential.• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment while adhering to strict deadlines.• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all tasks undertaken.• Excellent communication skills.• Willingness to be flexible in your approach.Shifts - Rotating every two weeksMonday to Friday 6am/2pm (first two weeks) - £12.00 per hourMonday to Friday 2pm/10pm (second two weeks) - £13.00 per hourIf you are passionate about food production and possess the necessary skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity as a Production Operative.
