We are excited to be seeking an Account Executive for our client - to become the go-to contact for their portfolio of high net worth clients. This role is pivotal in maintaining and enhancing their brand reputation by delivering exceptional service and building meaningful relationships. You will be responsible for managing large, complex accounts and ensuring clients are fully protected year after year.

Day to Day of the role:
  • Take full responsibility for the retention of your client portfolio, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and service.
  • Build and enhance relationships with both external and internal stakeholders, dealing with a variety of private client contacts daily.
  • Understand and anticipate client needs to facilitate and convert enquiries and negotiate terms effectively.
  • Grow the team’s existing business income through retention, cross-selling, and up-selling strategies. Building and following up with referrals and contacts.
  • Negotiating mid-term and renewal terms for unique assets such as dream homes, collections, supercars, and holiday villas.
  • Maintain client data security and privacy at all times, upholding the brand’s values in every transaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven ability to build honest and effective relationships.
  • Experience in delivering exceptional customer service and client management.
  • Expert product knowledge with the ability to service customers effectively.
  • Adaptable to change and quick to learn new systems.
  • Innovative mindset with suggestions for improving work processes to enhance team efficiency and accuracy.
  • Driven and energetic, with a clear focus on advancing both personal and business objectives.
  • Comfortable with some client travel where required
  • CII Qualification or progression towards this
