This role is for a position at a boutique Chartered firm based in Yorkshire focused on maintaining high standards in financial advice.
The successful candidate will supervise and coach Advisers through the T&C scheme, assess pre-approval cases, and ensure compliance with business standards.
Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in financial services, preferably in a T&C role, and hold a Level 4 diploma (DipFA or DipPFS).
The salary for this position ranges from £45,000 to £55,000, plus a bonus and competitive benefits.

Supervising and coaching Advisers through the T&C scheme.
Assessing & approving pre-approval cases.
One-to-ones and feedback to enhance performance.
Ensuring compliance with business and regulatory standards.
Managing Regulatory Helpline queries & spotting trends for improvement.
Building and maintaining strong relationships across the business.

You’ll need to succeed:

3+ years in financial services, ideally in a T&C role.
Level 4 diploma qualified (DipFA or DipPFS).
Strong financial planning, coaching, and technical knowledge.
