Your Role:
As an OCDEA SAP Assessor, your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting energy performance assessments on new builds and retrofit projects.
- Undertaking building compliance and retrofit assessments.
- Providing energy strategy evaluations and reporting for both new builds and retrofits.
- Collaborating with clients, consultants, and project teams to ensure energy and sustainability goals are met.
What We're Looking For:
- A minimum of 1 year's experience as a qualified OCDEA SAP Assessor.
- A genuine passion for sustainable design and retrofit solutions.
- Experience within Part L and Part O
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
