Join our state-of-the-art Neurological Centre York, a 40-bed independent hospital dedicated to providing high-quality neuropsychiatric and neurobehavioral assessment and rehabilitation. We are seeking a motivated and passionate Qualified Nursing Associate to join our interdisciplinary team and contribute to our mission of supporting people with complex neurological conditions.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Work as part of a dynamic interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support to people following an acquired brain injury.
  • Engage with patients to support and empower them to achieve their personal rehabilitation goals.
  • Utilize your knowledge and skills in line with NMC professional standards to deliver high standards of care.
  • Participate in the ongoing assessment and care planning, ensuring the highest quality of service delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Registration: Must be a Registered Nursing Associate on the NMC Register with a Foundation Degree.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of and ability to act in line with NMC professional standards as outlined in The Code.
  • Experience: Proven experience working as part of a multidisciplinary team. Insight into evaluating strengths and development needs, seeking advice where appropriate.
