FTC March - September with the potential for a permanent role

The role is full time Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm, flex of 1 weekend in 4 (Sat & Sun is 9-pm5 and Sunday you can work from home) If you do work a weekend you get a day off in lieu.

What will you be doing in your new role?

The purpose of this position is to deliver a first-rate experience to our client’s customers. They take over 50,000 customers on holiday each year and are fantastically proud of offering high-quality tours, that they know customers love. They care passionately about customers, understand the small touches and attention to detail that make a holiday special, alongside the knowledge and experience to navigate the world by rail.

Your key responsibilities are to:

  • Be the first point of contact for customers when they require support before and whilst on tour.
  • Answer both inbound and make outbound calls to existing customers and responding to email enquiries. And Issuing booking confirmations.
  • Processing web bookings.
  • Resolving queries.
  • Supporting the administration of holiday cancellations.
  • Discussing other available options with customers.
  • Booking UK rail and hotel requirements to enhance the customers’ experience.
  • Arranging visas. Carrying out mobility checks to ensure customers’ mobility expectations are met.
