About UsWe are working with a leading housing association in North Yorkshire, committed to providing safe and comfortable homes for our residents. We are looking for a dedicated Head of Health and Safety to join our team and lead our health and safety initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic health and safety plans.
- Oversee and enhance health and safety systems and processes and compliance data
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation.
- Lead and mentor the health and safety team.
- Monitor and report on health and safety performance against KPIs.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of senior leadership experience in health and safety and compliance within a social housing setting
- IOSH qualification.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent knowledge of health and safety systems and processes.
- Proven ability to deliver against KPIs.
