The Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, energetic, and hands-on General Manager to join a dynamic independent restaurant and bar group. We are looking for someone with a bright and bubbly personality who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Previous experience as a GM is a must for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and motivating a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and bar, ensuring smooth service at all times
- Driving business growth through marketing, promotions, and customer engagement
- Implementing and maintaining operational standards, including health and safety
- Maintaining a welcoming atmosphere and building strong relationships with guests
- Managing financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, and cost control
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in a General Manager role, preferably within a restaurant or bar
- Experience with table service is essential
- A bubbly, energetic personality with strong leadership skills
- Hands-on, proactive approach to management
