People Partnering and Change Manager: A strategic HR leader driving business partnering and transformational change.

As the People Partnering and Change Lead, you will be a strategic HR leader responsible for shaping and executing transformative people strategies. Based in a dynamic organisation, you'll work with senior leaders to enhance workforce performance and drive impactful organisational change.

Description

The Head of People Partnering and Change is part of the senior leadership team and will be a:

* Strategic HR Leader: Develop and execute people strategies that align with the organisation's long-term business goals and enhance workforce performance.* Business Partner: Provide expert HR advisory services to senior leaders, offering insights and guidance on talent management, succession planning, and performance improvement.* Change Agent: Lead major change initiatives and organisational redesign projects, utilising proven change management methodologies to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption.* Employee Relations Expert: Proactively manage complex employee relations issues and ensure confidential, fair, and consistent resolution in line with best practices.* Data-Driven Decision Maker: Leverage people analytics and metrics to identify trends, inform strategic decisions, and drive continuous improvement across all HR functions.

Profile

The ideal candidate will have the following:

* A CIPD Chartered member with a robust track record as a senior HR Business Partner or strategic HR leader.* Experienced in leading complex organisational change initiatives, including redesign and restructuring.* Highly proficient in using people data and HR analytics to influence business strategy and decision-making.* An effective communicator and influencer with strong coaching and mentoring skills, capable of building relationships across all levels.* Versed in modern talent management, performance improvement strategies, and innovative people solutions that drive business success.
