Your new roleAn Award Winning Organisation who have several "Best Places to Work" accreditations are seeking to add a further 2nd Line Technical Support Analyst to their current team. The company is incredibly proactive about Training and Developing their staff & encourage them to move within the Business - this vacancy has come about due to an internal Promotion. This role would suit someone from a similar Service Desk role and someone who has the desire and ambition to learn, has exceptional problem-solving abilities and can provide outstanding customer service.What you'll need to succeedThe role requires the following to be delivered on a day-to-day basis:- Respond to Technical issues - via Phone / email / Deskside- Troubleshoot skills and resolve issues promptly for customers- Ability to record detailed documentation of support issues and resolutions.- Previous experience of an ITSM Tool to log, track and manage tickets.- ITIL knowledge and understanding- Knowledge of key vendor products such as VMWare, Microsoft Suite - M365- Can do attitude and be proactive - MSP experience would be an advantage. What you'll get in returnThe role offers a Salary of up to £25,000 - the Team works on a 1 in 3 week rota system - with One Week in the Office and two from Home (further details on request).
