We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist to join a fast-paced global team, supporting and developing the enterprise grade infrastructure. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing the company's infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud services, unified communications, and more.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned IT professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality infrastructure solutions in a global environment. You will be responsible for driving the migration to cloud solutions, ensuring security, and maintaining a seamless user experience.

The Role:

  • Managing the global migration from on-premise IT infrastructure to a cloud-based environment.
  • Monitoring, supporting, and maintaining both on-premise and cloud infrastructures.
  • Handling escalated support issues and mentoring junior team members.
  • Developing and implementing IT infrastructure projects and security enhancements.
  • Managing network integrity, backups, and data security.
  • Collaborating with external suppliers to support the global infrastructure.
  • Designing and documenting infrastructure processes and standards.

Required Technical Skills:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, with a focus on Microsoft technologies (M365, Azure AD, Defender ATP, etc.).
  • Solid experience with Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Group Policy, and VMWare.
  • A good understanding of network infrastructure, including IP, WAN/LAN, and Wifi (experience with HPE servers, Aruba Switches preferred).
  • Familiarity with backup solutions such as Veritas Backup Exec, Veeam, or Druva Cloud.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience delivering infrastructure solutions on a global scale.
