Sanderson is proud to partner with a leading financial services organization that has recently acquired a portfolio of life and protection business.
They are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Project Manager to lead the integration of the newly acquired business into their existing operations.
Key Responsibilities:- IT Integration: Develop and implement strategies to unify separate IT environments, infrastructure, and Microsoft tenants.
- Strategic Planning: Define the long-term IT operating model, ensuring alignment with company standards and strategic goals.
- Critical Deliverables: Manage high-priority tasks, including Transitional Service Agreement (TSA) exits, Microsoft Tenant integration, and call recording migrations.
- Governance & Structure: Establish robust governance, frameworks, and processes for the IT elements of the Watch Programme.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior leaders, including CIOs and Group Directors, to ensure programme objectives are met.
- Vendor Engagement: Oversee RFP/RFI processes and manage transitions to Global Service Providers or outsourcing partners as needed.
- Microsoft Expertise: Deep knowledge of Microsoft environments and integration strategies.
- M&A Integration: Proven track record of integrating IT systems, operating models, and infrastructures during organisational mergers.
- Programme Leadership: Strong governance and programme management experience, capable of managing complex, high-stakes initiatives.
- Stakeholder Influence: Ability to navigate sensitive challenges and effectively communicate with executive-level stakeholders.
- Change Management: Skilled in driving operational efficiencies, developing IT strategies, and managing team transitions.
You'll bring credibility, leadership, and structure to a complex integration programme, ensuring seamless delivery and future-proofing of the IT estate. Your approach will be solution-oriented, with an eye toward delivering synergies, efficiencies, and long-term value.
