This leading Design Agency is looking for a Senior Paid Manager to come on board and join their progressive team. This is a role which involves mentoring and managing a small team as well as multiple accounts.

You will take ownership of all paid advertising strategy across Meta, X, TikTok, Google, and other digital channels, be managing multiple client ad accounts, optimising campaign performance, and leading a small social media team to ensure top-tier results.

This is a senior-level role within an agency, ideal for someone who thrives in strategy, campaign execution, and leadership while having a keen eye for spotting trends and driving ROI.

You'll also play a key role in training junior team members, liaising with clients, and collaborating with the design team to produce high-impact creatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Meta, X, TikTok, Google Ads, and other paid media platforms.
  • Oversee and mentor a small team of social media specialists.
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure ad creatives are engaging, effective, and aligned with client goals.
  • Manage budgets, bid strategies, and audience targeting to maximise campaign ROI.
  • Spot emerging trends in the paid media landscape and implement new strategies accordingly.
  • Generate reports and insights to measure performance and guide future strategies.
  • Upsell and expand client accounts, identifying new opportunities based on campaign performance.
  • Handle escalations and client communications, ensuring a high level of service and transparency.
  • Work alongside the leadership team to refine agency-wide digital marketing strategies.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Agency experience is a must - at least 3+ years in a digital marketing or paid media agency environment.

• Strong hands-on experience in running and optimising campaigns on Meta, X, TikTok, and Google Ads.

• Proven ability to manage budgets, analyse data, and improve campaign performance.

• Experience leading and mentoring junior team members.

• Strong communication and client management skills - comfortable presenting results and discussing strategy.

• Excellent problem-solving and organisation - Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
