My client, a well-regarded law firm, is seeking a part-time Employment Solicitor to join its team in Clifton Moor. Working closely with the Senior Solicitor, you will manage a high-quality caseload, covering areas such as:
- Employment contracts
- Discrimination claims
- Disciplinary and grievance procedures
- Settlement agreements
- TUPE guidance
- Unfair dismissal claims
- Employment Tribunals
- Reorganisations and redundancies
As the ideal candidate, you will:
- Have a solid background in Employment Law, be a fully qualified Employment Solicitor, and be able to hit the ground running
- Thrive in a busy but supportive team environment
- Excel in delivering exceptional client care
- Contribute to business development and marketing initiatives
- Be looking for part-time hours with flexibility around days and hours
