Litigation and Dispute Resolution Solicitor
We are working with a well-established and highly regarded law firm in York, which is looking to recruit an experienced Litigator to join its successful Dispute Resolution team at its Clifton Moor office. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a varied, high-quality caseload, providing legal advice and assistance on a wide range of Commercial and Private Client Disputes, including contentious probate, landlord and tenant disputes, land disputes, commercial leases, company disputes and claims against professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling both civil and commercial litigation matters
- Providing expert legal advice on a range of disputes for commercial and private clients
- Managing a complex and varied caseload efficiently
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
The ideal candidate will be an experienced litigator with:
- 7-15 years PQE in Litigation
- Strong technical expertise in both civil and commercial matters
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- A positive, commercial approach to delivering legal advice
- Experience in business development and marketing initiatives
