A well-established Yorkshire law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join their growing team. Known for their trusted reputation and commitment to excellence, this firm offers a supportive and inclusive working environment.
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor with a passion for residential conveyancing to manage high-quality cases, develop client relationships, and contribute to the firm's ongoing success.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, transfers, and re-mortgages (leasehold, freehold, registered, unregistered, and new builds)
- Handling lease extensions and auction transactions
- Providing support and supervision to colleagues in the team
- Engaging in business development to grow client relationships
- Effectively using a case management system to handle workflows efficiently
- Liaising with clients, agents, and colleagues in a professional and approachable manner
The Ideal Candidate
- 3+ years PQE with solid experience in residential conveyancing
- Proven ability to manage a caseload independently
- Strong IT skills with a willingness to embrace legal tech and case management improvements
- Excellent business development and networking skills
- Regular access to a car is advantageous
