Compliance and Quality Administrator

Permanent office-based role

Hours of work – Monday to Friday 37.75hrs per week

Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join a well-established company based in York, North Yorkshire.

The Role

You will be involved with audit administration, document control, and quality control administration.

Duties

  • Control, development, and administration of all Quality System documentation in line with current working practices, legislation, and ISO 9001:2015 criteria.
  • Monitor and analyse data on company KPIs including non-conformances and highlight areas of concern or achievement to management.
  • Collate data for annual quality management review.
  • Support quality administrator in root cause analysis
  • Manage customer compliance requests and report changes to industry legislation to management.

Skills and Experience required

  • Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 desirable
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and reporting skills.
  • Strong team player and able to work on own initiative.
  • Pro-active and organised in your approach to work.
  • Strong IT skills- including Microsoft products, particularly Word and Excel
  • Effective communication and people skills
