Responsibilities of this Automotive Production Manager role:
- Oversee and lead production operations, making sure timescales and standards are met.
- Guide and develop a team of technicians and fitters.
- Improve efficiency in processes where possible.
- Manage resources and efficiently without compromising product quality.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are enforced and industry standards are complied with.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Supply Chain teams.
- A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or similar field.
- Production Management experience in the automotive industry.
- ERP / MRP systems expertise.
- Lean manufacturing experience.
- Excellent leadership, management and communication skills.
- Salary of up to 55,000, depending on experience.
- Possible relocation options.
