HR Business Partner (HR Systems)

TEESSIDE / YORKSHIRE (Ref 670) 18 months, possibly permanent

£46k + £3k car allowance, Hybrid working with potential of condensed hours

We are delighted to partner with our long standing client, who have an excellent reputation in their market sector. Reporting to the Head of People (who is amazing!) the HRBP for People & Systems will take the lead on the HRIS, Payroll and ATS for the business.

You may be an HRIS specialist or an HR Generalist with great HR systems knowledge and experience.

What’s included:

  • Audit the existing system and report on recommendations, opportunities and risks
  • Understand and educate the business on "what good looks like"
  • Potentially rebuild parts of the system with the support of the supplier
  • Ensure the system is fit for purpose and configured appropriately
  • Own and manage the system, while training all users
  • Produce MI reports for senior managers
  • Lead a small team of Administrators

Experience needed:

  • Strong HRIS experience
  • Ability to lead on projects
  • Analytical thinker
  • Collaborative style
  • Must have a valid UK driving licence
