We are seeking a Business Support Manager to lead our clients customer and sales support team, ensuring the delivery of excellent service to customers and partners. The role involves managing daily operations, developing customer satisfaction strategies, handling escalated issues, and maintaining adherence to company policies.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Team Management:
    • Lead and motivate the business support team to meet performance goals.
    • Handle recruitment, training, and performance management.
    • Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions.
  • Sales Administration:
    • Input rental agreements and ensure orders are ready for dispatch.
    • Manage sales support inboxes and process orders.
    • Liaise with the sales team for order accuracy and resolve queries.
    • Confirm rental agreements with customers and provide product instructions.
  • Customer Support:
    • Oversee customer inquiries and complaints across multiple channels.
    • Ensure timely and accurate customer responses in line with company policies.
    • Address escalated customer complaints and complex issues.
    • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer-related issues.
  • Quality Management System:
    • Ensure adherence to the company’s Quality Manual and Procedures.
  • Additional Projects:
    • Undertake additional duties and projects as requested by Senior Managers or Directors.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in leading a customer or sales support team.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle escalated customer service issues.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and managing sales administration tasks.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
