Job Advertisement: Plumber (Gas & Wet Plumbing) - Academic InstitutionJoin Our Team at a Prestigious Academic Institution!A respected Academic Institution looking for an experienced Plumber to join our team on a Temp to Perm basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a stable and supportive environment, with Monday to Friday working hours.Role Overview:As a Plumber, your primary responsibilities will include:

Carrying out gas and wet plumbing works across the campus
Ensuring all systems are installed and maintained to the highest standards
Conducting regular maintenance checks and addressing any plumbing issues
Responding to emergency plumbing situations as required
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

What We're Looking For:

Ideally Gas Safe certified, with experience in both gas and wet plumbing
NVQ or similar qualification in Plumbing or a related field
Solid experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems
Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well independently or as part of a team
Ability to work from 8 AM to 4 PM, Monday to Friday
A proactive and reliable approach to work
