A respected Academic Institution looking for an experienced Plumber to join our team on a Temp to Perm basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a stable and supportive environment, with Monday to Friday working hours.
Role Overview:As a Plumber, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out gas and wet plumbing works across the campus
- Ensuring all systems are installed and maintained to the highest standards
- Conducting regular maintenance checks and addressing any plumbing issues
- Responding to emergency plumbing situations as required
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
What We're Looking For:
- Ideally Gas Safe certified, with experience in both gas and wet plumbing
- NVQ or similar qualification in Plumbing or a related field
- Solid experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well independently or as part of a team
- Ability to work from 8 AM to 4 PM, Monday to Friday
- A proactive and reliable approach to work
