AS THE PRODUCT ASSISTANT:

  • Take ownership for the critical path
  • Raising and accurately managing purchase orders
  • Tracking orders on a daily and weekly basis
  • Actively get involved with trend and new product research
  • Support with trading reactions on a Monday, supporting supplier queries, or placing new orders
  • Accurately checking and loading the right SKU and barcode information around product when booked
  • Pull comp shop reports and share across all teams
  • Manage and file important product information around product submissions from suppliers
  • Measure daily and weekly sales across; cover, stock position, rate of sale, margin across your trading options
  • Support the management of Weekly Sales & Stock Intake plans
  • Checking stock availability and intake levels
  • Identify poor and best performing lines
  • Understand how to push campaign lines with website coverage, including promo and markdown
  • Monitor competitor websites and market trends, making recommendations to improve proposition
