My client are looking for a Head of Property services to provide leadershp to a team of skilled professionals, enabling the development and operational excellence of their services for the repairs, maintenance, planned improvement and modernisation to residents homes.

Description

  • Leadership of the repairs and maintenance team
  • Overseeing a portfolio of residential properties
  • Line management several team members
  • To lead the development and growth of the service by contributing towards business and operational plans, budget forecasts and the implementation of new initiative.
  • Developing and implementing new policies, procedures, and initiatives, in line with sector best practice, to ensure the continuous improvement and regulatory compliance of housing services.
  • Ensure that direct reports and teams are personally and professionally developed, empowered, enabled, and trained, to optimise job performance in line with the outcomes, values and behaviour

Profile

  • Experience of staff leadership, managemetn and motivation
  • Proven track record operating in the housing or care sector
  • Customer-focused and committed to providing a high-quality service.
  • Experienced in developing asset investment plans, in line with stock data, funding availability and best practice including consultation with the wider organisation to ensure the plan reflects resident aspirations from feedback.
  • Ability to understand, interpret, critically analyse, and present data to support service improvement and to be communicated to a range of audiences.
