Are you a Quantity Surveyor with a background in Residential projects or similar looking to join a industry leading construction company who can provide training, a host of company benefits, an annual bonus and the opportunity to work on projects worth over 25M?
On offer is the opportunity to join one of the biggest construction firms in the UK who work predominantly in the North of the country, they have been in operation for over 20 years and work on a variety of large contracts such as residential, civil, commercial and retrofit projects.
This role will revolve around one of the companies current projects, a residential build located in Bridlington. You will be assessing quantities on site, measuring needed materials and the associated costs. The work is for two separate clients so you will be liaising with both to help manage the project through to completion.
This role would suit a Quantity Surveyor with a background in residential projects or similar who wants to join a stable company that can provide a host of benefits including retail discounts, private healthcare, a bonus and more along with training provided by management and the opportunity progress within the company and work on large scale projects.
The Role
- Producing quantity bills
- Managing project costs
- Liaising with clients and suppliers
- Monday - Friday (Site / Office)
- Traveling to site
The Person
- Quantity Surveyor or similar
- Background in Residential projects or similar
- Happy with travel around Yorkshire
