My client, a leading Contractor, is seeking a Quantity Surveyor or Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team for a rail framework project.
The position is based in York with some travel to Stratford and offers a hybrid working arrangement.
Candidates should have a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field, along with NEC contract experience and ideally professional membership with RICS or CICES.
The role requires experience in a civil engineering environment and proficiency in cost management software.

This company has secured a significant amount of work across the rail industry and is looking to expand their team.

The role will be based in York with some travel to Stratford or vice versa. It is hybrid so will be days from home if desired.

Qualifications and Experience:

Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
NEC contract experience
