Title: Residential Property Fee EarnerLocation: York Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 This firm is looking for an experienced Residential Property Fee Earner to join their dedicated Conveyancing Team. In this role, you will manage a varied caseload of conveyancing matters, including freehold, leasehold, new builds, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity. You will have full autonomy over your work and will benefit from strong relationships with local agents, creating opportunities for networking and referrals. This position allows you to take pride in guiding clients through the conveyancing process from start to finish.Requirements for the role: The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Residential Conveyancing, ideally with 3-5 years of experience. You should possess a positive and commercial approach to delivering legal advice, with the ability to build rapport with clients and provide superb levels of client care.
